„Great bed and clean. All the hassle of making a resrvation and no communication, not worth it!“
+Bed was clean, room was nice. We were only there for 6 hours to sleep so not much to report.
−We made the resrvation online. We tried to call the hotel several times to tell them we would be in late and see if they had another room for a friend. two hours prior to our arrival all my calls went unanswered. We were now concerned and growing alarmed that maybe they were not open or our reservation was not made. We drove there and the hotel was on the corner of 2 streets, no real front entrance. The building looked like an old apartment building and we did not even know where to go. We drove around back and saw no door to the "office", it was just a parking lot. The guy we were with, just drove to talk to someone and hope there was a room for him. He was walking around the parking lot and noticed a door, not lit, no signs except a little sign on the door that said office. We go in and there was a room with a glass opening , like an office, but nobody was there. and no sign what to do!! Finally, our friend got ahold of someone on the phone and he gave his credit card number and we ended up talking to a person who gave us a code for our door and the room number. WE are in our room for 5 minutes and a person in another room was blasting music for aver a half hour. It did not stop

+We liked the location of it. The staff was polite and the shower was decent.
−We had to use stairs. Many of the older hotels are like this. Elevators need to be added. Also needed more light.

„It was very clean and accommodating for the overnight stay“
+The location was excellent. We were there for a wedding at the Barker House in Scituate and it was a short drive
−The only thing I would suggest is maybe a small table under the sink for a blow dryer and toiletries.
