+The staff was very friendly. One thing that stood out to me was the clean white sheets. I am not a breakfast person so I didn't eat breakfast, but it smelled good. It's an old building but you can tell they try. I will stay there again.

+The property is in a good location in town
−The room we had said no smoking but when you opened the door you were met with nothing but old stale cigarettes and smoke smell

+It’s conveniently located and a good price
−Wasn’t as clean as it has been in the past. Stayed here many times and this was the first time it wasn’t. There were some dead beetles (NOT roaches) in the bathroom and hair on the shower wall.

+The location was fine, and we didn't have bugs in the room like we had braced for.
−I try not to have high expectations for motels in the first place, but this didn't even meet my already low expectations. Pee stains on the towels and staff that took ages to come help us at the desk. We stayed here because it was the cheapest, but I think even the price we paid was too high for what we got.
