−They didn’t gave what was promised on the first day. We got to change the room on the second day which wasted important vacation time.

„Katastrof“
+Inget
−BLUFF!!!!!

„Host was great, comfy beds, GREAT STAY!!!“
+Host was super nice and very easy to contact! The area surrounding was great to travel super close to a bus station, train station, and parking was more than available. Beds were comfortable, shower and bath area was very nice and tidy, nice kitchen area and a lot of space. Price was very affordable and good for the area we got to do a lot in the few days we were there and host was very accommodating!

„NIE WIEDER !!!“
+Nichts!

„It's a hostel with shared kitchen and bathroom and far away from city centre... description is wrong in booking.com“
+Room size and Host
−Address and description provided for this property in booking.com is not correct ... it's far away from Luzern city centre around 13KM... also it's a Hostel type accommodation with shared kitchen and bathroom not a apartment

„Could have been better“
−Kitchen was small and not well equipped. The hot water was turned off in the evening; had to bathe with cold water.

„Loved my stay in Lucerne!“
+Had the entire apartment to myself, which for the cheapest option in town made me feel like I got the best deal ever! Super friendly and responsive owners, they were understanding when I lost track of time, staying past checkout, and even when I didn't have Swiss francs to pay the tourist tax. Kitchen was well enough stocked that I could make my own meals and save even more money, definitely nice when the restaurants in Switzerland are so expensive.
−It's a little ways outside of the main city, like a 30-45min walk, but also easily accessible by bus! It is also an apartment with no signs anywhere, so following google maps had me confused at first, but the owners were very responsive via WhatsApp. Just make sure you read the special instructions for checking in (which I didn't see until I got there admittedly) and you should be fine!
