„Great Value. Great Location.“
+Location, Location, Location. This was the Old Gator Lodge that they completely redid. Perfect location for football games and at a price point that doesn't break the bank.
−Nothing.

„Awesome place to stay in Gainesville!“
+Great boutique motel in downtown area close to the college. Nicely remodeled rooms. Excellent coffee bar on site. Staff are friendly, helpful & accommodating. Great value.
−The area around the motel is in a little rougher section of town & it would be nice if you had someone for security at night.
