„Really enjoyed our stay in Chania at Faedra Residence. Excellent location. Room 4 is very spacious - more like an apartm“
+Excellent location Friendly staff Clean rooms
−Lots of stairs make this not ideal for those with disabilities- not applicable to us though but worth pointing out

−Weak internet and TV had no connection. It wasn't every day that there were coffee capsules.

„Incredible boutique hotel with lovely rooms in a trendy neighbourhood“
+Brilliant location ~ right by amazing restaurants and bars and cute coffee cafes. The staff were super friendly and really helpful. They stored my luggage whilst I travelled around Crete. The beds were very comfortable, the cleaning lady came every morning to refresh towels and clean the room. The young ladies on reception were amazing nothing was too much trouble.
−I first stayed in the suite with a beautiful roof terrace but the umbrella was broken so couldn’t relax on the sun beds as it was too hot. The owner ordered a new one as soon as I told him. The next room I stayed in ~ a lovely double had a leak in the bathroom again the owner said he would have it repaired as a matter of urgency. He was very friendly and professional

„Perfect for what I was looking for during my stay.“
+Perfect location, very close to the city center and within walking distance of everything. The bed was comfortable, I especially loved the décor, original, stylish, and very well thought out. I had a very pleasant stay.
−The internet connection wasn’t always very reliable, possibly due to the building’s concrete structure, but it wasn’t a major issue for my stay.
