„Over-all my stay was excellent.“
+Breakfast was great. Staff are very friendly, from front desk to housekeeping. The hotel is very clean, too.
−It's not that I didn't like the hotel and don't take this as a negative feedback. It's just that i was charged 30 dollars more than I expected when I checked my credit card account. I didn't notice when I paid at check out so it's kind of my fault too for not paying attention. But can someone please help me to verify why I paid 30 dollars more? Thank you.

„Subpar for the price.“
+The complimentary hot breakfast was ok. Not great, but not terrible either. The mini waffles were made fresh by the chef, but the scrambled eggs ( if you can call it that) were watery and tasted not good. The hallway carpet to our room was disgusting. Stains, not clean at all. Rooms were a little better.
−Locations to West Ed mall and to the U of A

+I was disappointed with my recent experience. I booked online after being informed that Visa Debit payments were accepted, but later I was told otherwise, which caused confusion and inconvenience. As a returning customer, I expected clearer and more consistent communication regarding payment policies. Unfortunately, the changing information felt misleading and ultimately resulted in me not proceeding with my checking in. I hope the staff can improve communication and provide accurate information to customers moving forward.
