+The staff was very helpful and kind. It was just in the right location.
−It's not what I didn't like it's more of me doing better research, than booking it at the last minute

„Lovely hotel, loved all the artwork on sale. Staff helpful and welcoming and very comfortable bed.“
+Staff welcoming and helpful. The room had a good sized shower room, was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
−Ground floor room next to the front door was a bit noisy when other guests arrived and left, not helped by the wooden floors, but I guess its difficult to minimise such noise.

+The room and bathroom were lovely
−We were expecting to be a part of a hotel. Not a house on the street

„Not too bad but not somewhere I’d stay again“
+Convenient location
−The bed was so ridiculously soft I kept rolling into my husband I’m sure for some a soft bed is great sadly I only managed an hours sleep as it was too soft

„Great vallue for money“
+The welcome from reception was warm and efficient. The rooms were clean, well decorated and good facilities. Breakfast was excellent and great value for money
−The parking was a little tight, but understandable with trying to fit all cars in a small space.

„Enjoyed our stay here.“
+Location was very convenient here. We liked the full breakfast. The staff was also accommodating and upgrade us to a "Superior room" free of charge.
−The photos on booking.com showed mostly newly renovated rooms. The rooms we were offered were not newly renovated but we did get a free upgrade to a larger "superior room" with a view and we enjoyed our stay.
