„Not great“
+The Breakfast and the lady serving it was very courteous and welcoming. Breakfast and the Muffins were good.
−Stained carpets and curtains. Door lock for the toilet was not working. When i called the front desk, she said she cannot do anything about it until next day and she hung up. We later asked to change the room and she did it.

„The hotel itself was nice and clean but having to take a cold shower in the morning sucked.“
+The beds were comfortable.
−We did not have a working coffee maker and we did not have any hot water in the shower. We had to take cold showers in the morning. It was really disappointing because the hotel said that they would award us points to make up for our stay, but they did not follow through with the compensation.

„Disappointing at best.“
+Nothing great or outstanding to comment about
−Room amenities need attention. Iron was definitely old. Cord that should retract, didn’t. Coffee pot door where you pour water in was broken off, packets were insufficient with only one sweetener and one sugar packet. Electric outlet on wall lamps by the bed were faulty and our phone chargers wouldn’t stay plugged in. No free breakfast or coffee in lobby and the pricing at the “Bistro” was unacceptable based on room pricing of other hotels in the area.
