„Mediocre at luxury fee.“
+Nice big room. Just one comfortable chair in a luxury room though.
−No milk for coffee. Just 3 pods supplied.

+Functional, easy parking, easy reach from the M25, clean, bedding good, shower nice. Good tv and hair dryer
−Avoid staying on the 7th floor. The noise from the 8th floor bar/breakfast kept me awake late and early. Especially the movement of furniture. Room was warm. I switched aircon off as don’t like the noise. Natural temperature was hot. The electric control panel lit up seemingly every 30 seconds. Very disturbing all night. Shower products seem branded but watery and notwith a very interesting scent. Suspect low cost product. Sausages at breakfast salty and not that delicious. Scrambled egg funny texture. All in all I just didn’t love it. All functional nothing that would tempt me back

„We enjoyed our stay at the property very convenient but perhaps a little over priced for the actual luxury you get luxu“
+Clean and convenient as a stop off
−The proximity to the road and also we were upgraded but instead of being upgraded to a bigger room with a bath we were given a bigger room with disability conveniences and a walk in shower ?

„Excellent Hotel, and next door to Sandy Park“
+From the moment we arrived, the staff were very pleasant and welcoming. We were attending an event at Sandy Park, adjacent to the hotel, and so its perfectly positioned ! .... The rooms are excellent, comfortable and relaxing, and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was very good, but surpassed by the stunning views of the Devon Countryside, from the Restaurant
−Nothing, everything was excellent
