„Met our primary need for a location walkable to a wedding venue and all conveniences although the rate was excessive for“
+Overall location and intimate, boutique style met our needs. Room did have a balcony with chairs although view was undesirable. There was opportunity to park on surrounding streets you succeeded finding a space. Staff was friendly, room was clean.
−No parking lot or place to pull over upon check-in. Had to find off property parking lot. Room too small and nothing special for the high rate. Our balcony view overlooked section of park that was a sizable, busy blacktop area. Noisy. Large garbage containers were located out front.

„Great staff and location!“
+Location was perfect! Very close to everything eventful and easy to access. The staff was also very kind and helpful with luggage storage and waters!
−The rooftop lounge and pool were unavailable during our stay and this was a big reason we booked this place.

„Great simple hotel with spacious rooms“
+This hotel is a typical travellers hotel but was spacious and ticked all the boxes. The pool was a lovely added bonus with ample seating space outside to have a drink, play cards or read your book. It was nicely situated and all shops / restaurants were within walking distance. It was also easy to get into Manhattan with the Subway. The beds were comfy (just not the pillows). We asked for a little mini fridge which was delivered timeously.
−There was no cupboard space but we had a dressing table so used that as our shelf and the room was large enough to open up a suitcase. The pillows were not great so take one of your own.

+Location was great
−The hotel sells tickets to the pool so it becomes packed and they treat it like a club, so the actual hotel guests can't even enjoy it. It's also super loud. For $700 you'd expect a bit better.
