„A bit of a disappointment.“
+Clean & Tidy
−No information left in room about the facilities. Some facilities not working I.e heater in room & toilet block. Noisy.

„Shower needs a little TLC“
+Excellent location (close to the Motorway). Great cafe on site for breakfast. Plenty of parking. Comfortable bed.
−Small shower. Poor (inadequate) shower head (room 2). Mould at the bottom of the shower tray (difficult area to get to by the cleaners). Shower doors didn't close properly. Tried to book a table for an evening meal but they don't take bookings - we went elsewhere.

„I wouldn't stay there again,sorry“
+The room was a good size
−The room seemed clean at first but at closer look,( after seeing bath and sink ) not really. The room needs painting, sink needs replacing, it was cracked, lifting the tap handle full of limescale, bath needs a good clean, white stuff stuck to it, bath filled with water when showering, had to take plug out, plug dirty, shower mat a little dirty too, the room needs a privacy curtain too Found a cigarette and cobwebs in between wardrobe and dresser

„It served our needs.“
+Friendly staff. Wonderful view from the front door.
−No internet in the pod, despite the site advertising it. You could feel all the springs in the bed. No waste bin in the room. There could have been more work surface space.
