+The check in person was very nice and upgraded our room. The courtyard was beautiful and the room was clean.
−Staff did not show up in the morning, so there was no coffee or breakfast. The office was locked when we left at 8:30 AM. This is the fourth time I've stayed here and it is the only time that there was an issue with staff not showing up.

„Nice staff, good location, and met our needs.“
+Close to the IU football stadium ( walkable through a neighborhood and cozy
−It was a little tired feeling but overall adequate. We went on a very sought after weekend to watch football and everywhere was overpriced.

„Never never never should anyone stay here!!!“
+Nothing was acceptable. We couldn't stay even for one night for fear of our safety. Worst experience I've ever had.
−The only thing half way decent was the pictures on line but those were totally wrong for what we got.

„Convenient, friendly staff and good prices.“
+Loved having the bar/ grill attached, made it easy to grab something after getting in a little later. Room was a decent size.
−Bed was a little uncomfortable for me, but my husband was fine. Shower head was very low and water not consistent. Building definitely needed some upgrades and repairs on the outside, but nothing that affected our stay.

„Reasonably priced, clean, adequate accommodations.“
+The staff were polite, friendly and efficient. Our room was clean, recently renovated and well appointed. The outdoor area pictured provides entertainment space not found at most hotels.
−The grounds need updated and care. No swimming pool or fitness facility. No microwaves in the rooms. Breakfast was sparse and quite limited.
