+I'll be honest, it was not a perfectly flawless experience. I booked the room with spa bath around 2 months prior, initially for 4 nights but I had to add on one extra night as I was arriving earlier than I initially planned. I booked the same type of room for that night as well (it was still available on Booking.com). The Problem: I arrived at the hotel (post check-in time). All was good at first, checked in and everything. I went to the room I was given and was surprised; it looked nothing like the pictures. The room was clearly smaller, lacked a lot of the stuff I saw, had a completely different style and most importantly of all, did not have a bath at all - only a shower. I went back immediately. I told the lady at the reception desk and showed her my reservation. She told me that the hotel was fully booked and they had no such room free. I don't know how this happened considering I made my reservation a lot of time in advance. Anyway, I was moved in a room with a regular bath that still was not what I booked. The next day, they were able to change my room to the actual room one I booked. But though the issue was resolved I still feel a bit off that there was never any apology
−There were two small inconveniences, which weren't too big of a deal for me but could have been for other people: the fridge in the room could get pretty loud at times and outside on the windows there was a billboard kind of thing that lights up at night and therefore the room was never fully dark, even with the curtains on. It was said that there are bathrobes available in this room, but there weren't any. The wifi was fine but not the fastest. Moving on to the breakfast: It was served in the hotel's restaurant which is in the basement. Not ideal place but alright. The room was clean, well decorated but a bit too warm at times. There were all kinds of foods, cereal, yogurt, some juice and pastries. I was there for 5 days and during that time it was mostly the same so there isn't much of a variety but everything was tasty regardless. Another thing to mention is that the hotel's location is simply perfect! I didn't pick it for that but it is indeed very good - close to nearly anything you would need and variety of public transports. Overall, if we exclude the issue at the first day, it would have been a quite good experience, but sadly I have to consider it into the score as well, a

„Great location, every iconic place is walkable, cozy suits, very friendly and helpful staff, 5 mins walk to old town“
+From outside it’s not impressive but when we went inside we liked it, felt like home, cozy and comfortable, nice bed, specious rooms, well fitted toilet , the staff were amazingly helpful! 5 mins away from old town , 10 mins walk to Lipscani street, if we go back to Bukharest , we would definitely go back hete.
−The thing I didn’t like the advertisement board on the outside of windows, their lights don’t let your room go completely dark , they need to put on heavy curtains! We stayed on second floor .

„Great stay, location and staff“
+Room decor lovely and size great, nice staff, location.
−3rd bed on a sofa not comfortable. Door handle broke on bathroom, had to swap room as they mistakenly given the wrong room. Very apologetic and lovely though at every opportunity. Would recommend.
