+Nix.

„It’s good to stay and recommendable.“
+It’s all good. And I like the free tea.
−I don't like the noise the door makes when other guests close it. It was disturbing.

+If I could give Big Mama more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! They completely lived up to their name. • The Service & Staff: The team here is simply the best. At check-in, the agent realized it was my birthday and immediately went into a frenzy, giving me a chip for a free drink, engaging in fun conversation, and personally showing me to the elevator. Even the cleaning staff I met in the elevator welcomed me with a massive smile. At checkout, I was met with that same joy and a complimentary Latte coffee. • The Amenities: The bar is open 24/7, which is a huge plus. They also have an epic summer terrace on the 4th floor that you shouldn't miss. I ended up extending my stay because of how wonderful they made me feel. When in Berlin, this is absolutely the place to be. I recommend them a thousand times over!
