„Easy going luxury, with fabulous signature rooms and great food and drink.“
+Lovely furniture and decor, friendly sophisticated staff, delicious food and drink, very comfortable bed. The warmth and comfort of the place is fabulous. We were visiting on sad family business but Berwick Lodge made it a much easier experience and will be a fantastic base for a visit to Bristol.
−The extractor fan for the kitchen is right under the side window in Kappadokia. It is noisy when on, especially when it is switched on in the morning. I reported a leaky shower valve in Kappadokia, which ought to be fixed. When using the handheld shower, which is far more suited to a small shower cubicle, water still drips out of the overhead showerhead. This is a challenging sensation!

„The staff were so lovely and breakfast was great.“
+The main hotel is beautiful
−We stayed in a room located a short distance away from the main hotel. The room itself was OK, but unfortunately, we had no internet access. Also, whenever we turned on the shower, the noise from the water tank was extremely loud, which was quite disruptive.

„A gem to find a Boutique hotel, affordable price, within elegant grounds, so close to Bristol.“
+Bedroom and bathroom were exceptionally elegantly stylish, with a welcoming ambience & immaculately clean with bedding being sumptious cotton linens. Huge room for a twin with seperate lounge area and balcony overlooking mature gardens. Even saw a deer in the field when driving up the entrance. Restaurant served both an la carte and brasserie menu catering for all needs, great choice of both alcholic and non alcoholic drinks and all staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Would definatley return when needing to stay in Bristol. Such a difference in the surrounding environment when turning off from the main roads around Cribbs Causeway to then driving through a short country lane into the estate.
