„Look further down the beach. There are better places to stay if you like the finer details“
+There was an issue with the original booking as the booking I had confirmation on by booking.com was double booked where I was asked to stay at the property next door. I wasn't offered any compensation by way of a complimentary meal or beverage for the inconvenience. The bungalow that I had booked was not clean although upon my arrival, cleaners were cleaning it. There was sand throughout the downstairs area, the bathroom was unclean, I had to ask for fresh towels, there was no water bottles offered daily, it was difficult to communicate with the staff due to language barrier, which is understandable, no instructions were provided for breakfast options, when that was figured out it was dismal and disappointing to say the least. The communal seating where you can eat your meal was disappointing as the salt, pepper, serviettes where unavailable or empty. There wasn't a host on site to ensure my stay was enjoyable or ask if I required anything. I wasn't able to ascertain if they had a laundry service. Coffee/tea/sugar was not replenished. The 2 bungalows each side of me had a lounge area which would have been nice as I had a bathroom downstairs and if I wanted to relax, I had to go up
