„Despite the glitches I’ve mentioned, I loved the hotel, with its excellent location, welcoming staff and homely feel.“
+It’s in an ideal location, overlooking the bay, near the shops and the beach. It has an old-fashioned feel, in the best sense. The lift is reliable, plenty of lounge space and a bar. Lovely breakfast room and breakfast. Great that you can have dinner too, if you choose.
−No car park was tricky in such wet weather. The WIFi didn’t work in my 2nd floor room. TV very hard to get going, too. Initially, no heating in my room. However, the lovely staff quickly fixed everything they could.

−The room.was so small had mould up the wall and above thr bed and in the bathroom . You couldnt open the bathroom door as it hit the bed then squeeze in . Had loud music blasting beneath us at 7am in the morning it was definitely coming from the staff kitchen at outside our window the man on reception tried to say its from the club next door that shuts at 4am load of rubbish we seen all the kitchen staff in and out of the kitchen having a smoke and the music was blasting asked for some compensation but they just laughed at us terrible hotel and the room was £100 with no breakfast
