„Excellent hotel. It exceeded my expectation“
+Everyone was incredibly helpful, from the staff member who helped carry my luggage up the stairs and into my room to Walter, who handled the check-in process and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my stay in great detail. The breakfast was excellent, and I really appreciated that they accommodated my request to make French toast, even though it wasn't on the menu. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority. The room was sparkling clean, and even the remote control had been thoroughly cleaned. They also offered complimentary lunch and dinner, along with a 24-hour drink bar in the lobby. Overall, the outstanding hospitality, attention to detail, and thoughtful extras made for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!
−The hotel is located next to a main street, with trams running at night and people talking on the street. However, the soundproofing was good, and the noise did not bother me during my stay.
