+Not a good area of town. Drug area. Homeless. Prostitutes. I think the staff is trying with what options they have. I didn't realize the room that I reserved was a "smoking" room and we don't smoke. They had no other options.

„I keep coming back“
+I came back again to conduct business in the area. This hotel just checks all the boxes for me so I'll use it as long as it's within a certain distance of where I'm going.

„Overall great stay I would come again“
+Very easy to get checked in even though it was pretty late at night. The hosts were very accommodating and made it extremely quick so we could get to our room. I did notice that there really wasn't but one trash can which made it kind of hard when somebody was trying to be in the bathroom and in the sleeping area at the same time.

+It was clean enough, but it was a hot weekend and the a/c did not work properly. Made for a miserable stay.
