„Missing some marks on cleanliness. Otherwise, quite decent!“
+Friendly helpful staff upon arrival. Easy check-in. Comfortable enough bed. Instant coffee in room. Was not too noisy and we were right at the elevators. Not an over the top deposit. Easy come and go. Decent location.
−Comfortable bed, although I had a hard time sleeping, the air vents are quite noisy and they were constantly going on and off. Rooms are never well cleaned, this is the second time staying here and both times we found clumps of hair, last time there was makeup smudged all over the shower curtain, and this time there was someone’s old crusty used fake eyelashes stuck right on the TV remote!? Quite disgusting! Happy Anniversary to us! $35+ for the sketchiest tiny parking lot spot possible. And there is always someone smoking crack in the alleyway that you have to walk down to get to the parking. Better than no parking I guess!?

„Great value for downtown“
+Location is great and it’s good value for a downtown hotel.
−The room needs better lighting. We had a dinner with around about 10 in the restaurant lounge and the food took forever.

„Bad“
+5 points just for the concierge who was so kind
−Who’s idea was the shampoo and soap bottles? Very cheap! A squeezing bottle? Seriously? It’s like I was begging for drops of shampoo. Shame! And the water runs so lightly… it was a nightmare.
