„Fabulous hotel“
+We were so lucky to be upgraded to a suite and it was so comfortable and spacious with amazing views of the city. The hotel was in a great location and our favourite restaurant of the whole holiday was around the corner ..La Gioia Staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive
−it was just a shame that the pool was so cold. I had bought a cap as asked but couldn't go in the water because it was freezing! I couldn't get a refund - not that I expected one, but it wasn't a great experience down in the spa area after a local swimmer who had the pool to herself heavily smelling of cigarettes, shouted something at me, that had also made me feel unwelcome! The bathroom in the suite could use a little update But all in all, these things were minor. We Loved everything about the Hilton, it's staff and Ankara.

„Trust-worthy brand of hotel that values its customers“
+Super helpful and welcoming staff. Upgraded with breakfast at no extra cost. Security-conscious. Felt like a valued customer.
−The jacuzzi was out of action at the time I wished to make use of it. Had to wear swimming cap to use pool.

„if in Ankara - this will be the one and only option for me to stay“
+I'm a frequent traveler but my stay at Hilton Ankara was really exceptional. From the moment I arrived! incredibly helpful and warm staff. The check-in process was smooth. the room was spotless, comfortable beds, well maintained and amazing view. hotel’s location made it convenient to explore the surrounding area. Breakfast was one of the highlights, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, served in a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. It offered outstanding service, cleanliness and comfort. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

„comfortable and enjoyable stay experience“
+Being greeted with a smile is standard at almost every property. But during this stay, I genuinely felt pampered. From the moment I walked in, the warmth of every staff member was palpable. The room was far more comfortable than you'd expect from a city hotel. The air quality from the climate system was truly soothing. Honestly, I didn't expect such a quiet, peaceful night's sleep in the middle of the city. Thank you to everyone who made this experience possible.
−The personal care products in the bathroom could be of better quality.

I poolområdet savnede jer servering.
