„I booked one stay but after contacting the owner he moved us to another stay which is far away from.“

−I booked one stay but after contacting the owner he moved us to another stay which is far away from the one we selected. I selected the stay based on the accessibility to the city center and the location and view but now we got entirely different hotel all the way and it's not even the same name of the hotel. I don't know what if something happens then how the insurance or the police proofs and other stuff works because my account says I booked in a hotel but I'm staying in different hotel.

„Dont choose ammu cottage, very worse to stay.“
−Cottage is very far from town. No car parking and non accessable shopping. It is suitated in Remote area. As mentioned in Booking.com, the facility is very bad. They provided me 2nd floor for staying. I didn't agreed and asked to refund my advance. They didn't return the advance and very aragonet behavior.
