„Great value, very comfortable and well positioned in the cbd“
+Staff were pleasant and very helpful. Room fit out is interesting and good quality. Location was perfect. Shower was excellent. Bed very comfortable.
−Small cups for tea. Need bigger cups or mugs (for coffee). The jug doesn't fit under the tap in the bathroom. So we had to use the water tank out of the coffee machine to fill it up. I think the exhaust fan in the bathroom struggles with getting steam from a hot shower.

„Well located stylish hotel room“
+Selected for its excellent location at the MCG end of town so we could walk to the Grand Final and be close to everything else. Very stylish rooms with comfortable bed.
−Building a new restaurant so no onsite food available - but plenty to eat at all times within 100m

„Average“
+Bed was comfy
−Room was not of the same quality as the last time we stayed there. The bathroom was little dinky and had no personality. There was no fan in the bathroom. The room was not as well designed as they used to be and a little dirty

„Great stay, just needs a few tweeks“
+The room was large and very clean. The pillows were very comfortable and the complimentary snacks etc was a nice touch.
−Not havng powerpoints for phone chargers next to the bed was very frustrating and inconvienient. We ended up buying an extention cord. Also you cannot fill the kettle up in the bathroom because it doesnt fit under the tap.

„Very disappointed and would never stay again“
+Location is definitely good - unfortunately it’s the strongest point for the property
−It just simply isn’t nice - lots of stainless steel in the bathroom - which felt like a hospital facility - lighting was average, fingerprints all over the ceiling above the bed, horrible couch to sit on - really, feels like it’s been thrown together quickly and die not represent value for money at all - very disappointed with the property and will never stay here again. Light switch in bathroom moves (literally swinging on the wall), power point in main area not working - just poor
