+The Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were 5 star standard. They were clean and interior is new not old. The breakfast was good. A spread of Kerala dishes. The customer service from arrival at the lobby up to departure was top notch 5 star standard. The Gym was good. not too small for a business hotel. Ive been to other business hotels where the gym was super tiny. The hotel is located in a residential area. More like an expat area which was a nice and clean area.
−All was good. Location was not super strategic but we took an auto rickshaw which helped us move around quickly. So it was fine.
