„HORRIBLE STAY! PLEASE AVOID!!!!!“
+Absolutely nothing. The host was horrible and rude. When I complained about parking, he told me to shut up, hung up on me and blocked me!
−The property was poorly maintained, unclean and unsuitable for occupation, with damaged furniture, visible dust, mould around the windows, inadequate bathroom facilities, worn bedding, ineffective curtains, excessive traffic noise and a persistent foul odour from the toilet that affected the entire room. The kitchen was also dirty and not tidy. The room was also cluttered by an extra sofa bed, making it cramped and uncomfortable. The host was rude and unprofessional, telling me to "shut up", ending the call and subsequently blocking my number when I attempted to raise concerns about the parking in the area. Due to the condition of the property and the host's conduct, I was forced to leave and book alternative accommodation at my own expense. The accommodation provided did not match the listing description or photographs, but the host has refused to give a full refund. I am pursuing this with booking.com

−Cockroaches in the room while i was trying to eat. Locked the back gate when i had ordered food had to collect it over wall. Charged me for parking on driveway then there was no space on driveway, parked on public street where there was free parking anyways outside hours of 1pm to 2pm
