+Location, quiet, and loved the rural aspect. Not too far from the main centers. There are good services in the local area and plenty to see.
−Nothing at all. Would consider booking in the future.

„Superb and heartily recommend“
+The place is a wee gem and I can recommend this studio apartment 100%. I travel that way for work from time to time and this is just the best. Private and discrete, lovely views and very well appointed.
−The weather!

+The word loft probably doesn't do the property justice, it was like a high end hotel room, large, very modern appointments with a fabulous view, very comfortable bed, totally quiet and very welcoming host.
−The only thing I didn't like was that I had to leave.

„Superb! We loved our stay at Ruby Bay Loft!“
+Excellent location! Close to Mapua Wharf, half an hour to Kaiteriteri & Nelson. The Loft is modern, spotless, well-appointed, private with stunning views. Loved the bathroom & high pressure shower! Every little detail has been thought of for guests to have an enjoyable, hassle-free stay including brochures and drawers/cupboard space etc. Appreciated the breakfast items, tea, coffee and chocolate. Thank you Rose it was nice to meet you 😊

+The location was excellent and the view was fantastic and sitting down outside looking at it was something else. Arriving from a long trip and to find some milk, chocolate, jams in the fridge to welcome you was something unexpected and really appreciated. Would highly recommend this place to visit and we would definitely book again.

„What a Gem! Exceeded our expectations“
+Loved the peace and privacy. The Loft was modern and spacious and had everything we needed. The photos do not really do it justice. Also loved the parking area, often they can be quite small. Easy to park and turn a larger vehicle. Owners were friendly and welcoming but once they greeted us we felt very private. Would definitely recommend staying here.
