„Great location in Osaka“
+The property was in an amazing location, really close to everywhere we wanted to visit. It had all the right amenities and was perfect space for 3 adults. The staff were always quick to respond and extremely helpful. We had such a great stay!
−I found the washing machine a little hard to use but once we figured it out, it was no bother.

+Nothing
−Check in was awful, it was really smelly. They changed the allocation to another that was only marginally better also really smelly and I was refused a refund. It was not comfortable and I only stayed one night and booked elsewhere.

„Great stay!“
+This is one of my rare 10/10 ratings, but I truly think they deserve it! The location is great, with many things conveniently close by. We loved that the house had everything we needed, and there was plenty of space, especially by Japanese standards. The staff were also very kind and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, a really comfortable and enjoyable experience!
−The location is very close to nice cafes/places to eat etc., which is convenient, but it can also feel a little busy and overwhelming at times.

„Room was spacious, and the check-in instructions were very clear.“
+The location was amazing and made it really easy to explore Osaka, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby. What really stood out to me was the customer service. Anytime I had a question or request, they responded incredibly quickly and were always helpful and accommodating. I even requested a later checkout and they were more than willing to work with me, which I really appreciated.
