„Can't trust a booking here!!!“
+Nothing!
−Made a booking on bookings.com at around 13h00. As I'm traveling a lot, I got to groblersdal at night. I called to arrange key pick up, and I was told there is no more space left. (Double booking was made) I need to go to another guesthouse. The Cosy Corner. All fine, got to the place, what a horrid experience!!! Room had a single bed, I am 2m tall and dont fit on a single bed. The room was full of mosquitoes, no repellent in sight, got to shower, and everything was dirty. No hot water(was later sorted) towels were really dirty, but like it wasn't washed in a long time. I really can't say I enjoyed ANYTHING from my experience. After my stay, I contacted the owner and tried to explain the situation. She sounded very nice and understanding and told me she didn't know the cosy corner was this bad. She then told me my next stay at Ebenezer would be free of charge and that she would ensure I get a full refund. Even asked for my banking details. That didn't happen as well.

„Friendly host, but room not up to standard for the amount charged“
+Host very friendly and welcoming
−Shower not enclosed in the bathroom. Makes it a cold experience. Water also then covers most of the bathroom floor after a shower, which is not pleasant. Sounds like the TV in the room next door, is situated on the wall where my beds headboard was, which meant TV noise disturbing my sleep. Also saw a couple of cockroaches which was a bit off putting.
