„Abusive hosts“
+The host sent a message saying the room was ready. When we arrived at 10pm, they said, "This isn't the Marriot. You can't come here this late. We gave your room to someone else who is sleeping." They were extremely rude when I said it would have been nice to know since we had been driving for hours. His exact words were, "F off."
−The host was unprofessional, rude, vulgar and aggressive. He ended the conversation telling me "F off."
