„Decent breakfast and very good location with nice staff but need the bathrooms updating badly and a bit more attention o“
+Very good location, friendly staff, nice breakfast and off street secure parking. Comfortable bed.
−Shabby and dirty common areas, bathroom was awful, didn’t look clean at all. We were there for 3 days and none of us could face having a shower until I was desperate on the last day. Water pressure was awful! Also on site parking was £13 per night which I thought would be included with the room. Also it was quite loud.

+Excellent location for Clifton and University. Very friendly staff. Very clean and comfy beds. We were able to open the window for fresh air which we really liked. Tea, coffee and fruit in the room was lovely. Decent sized tea mugs! Not the often tiny coffee cups that are way too small for a good brew. There were some noisy guests at a nearby restaurant with outdoor seating but this stopped after 10pm and we had a quiet night. Our room was at the back of the building. It wasn't very big but perfectly adequate for two people for one night.
−While it was clean and neutral, the overall impression was of a somewhat dated hotel. The paintwork in the room looked patchy with quite noticeable cracks in the ceiling. The bathroom basin, taps and bath tub looked to be from the 1980s with chipped enamel and an overall worn look. There was a generous wardrobe but no wall hooks to hang coats, bags or towels. The door hook in the bathroom had a screw missing so could not be used. Only one stool but no chairs to put clothes on or sit. There were modern individual lamps for each bed with separate reading lights but they could not be operated individually as there were only two light switches, one by the door and one by the beds. You could only have both lights on or both off which was annoying for a twin room. The electric sockets by the table were installed so close above the table top that you couldn't push the kettle's plug in without seriously kinking the cable. It worked for the kettle but those sockets could not be used for chargers. There were two further sockets by the beds, luckily.

„Basic but comfortable“
+Comfortable
−Along time since it was refurbished which is fine as it was clean and the beds comfy, but at £150 a night, expensive for the standard

+お部屋もスタッフの方も申し分なく、とても親切にしていただきました。
−お風呂場のカーテンが濡れるとお湯が染みだして床が濡れてしまうので、そこだけ気になりました。

+Nice and near to our destination and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was tasty send plentiful. The Wasington also provided day parking which was very useful as we were able to go to and from the hospital by taxi, making the whole time less stressful. Thankyou! Brilliant shower and thoughtful touches to the in room refreshments.
−The decor was rather tired in our room which was on the lower ground floor. No other issues.
