«Marvelous»
+Overall the room was very nice and comfortable and easy location to the city. Very relaxing area by the park. Also we loved our passports in the room and thank God we were coming back two days later and the hostess was gracious enough to keep them locked away and safe. Great! Also the coffee shop next door is really good!
−This is just personal preference but I'm not a huge fan of the whole shower room idea. It's impossible to keep anything dry.

+Loved everything . Bed so comfy bedroom was beautiful as well as the house. Bathroom was a wet room and it was huge. Lovely and peaceful in that location and our host got up next morning to say goodbye that was first time it happened to us

+The location was great for my purpose. Ger was super friendly and helpful. Check in is extremely simple and straightforward. Good coffee next door is a great bonus.

«meet my requirements»
+I needed to be close to the hospital and it was minutes away so perfect for my requirements . Lovely owner and great little cafe next door . Coffee machine in the room which was a great bonus .

«If you like quiet and don’t mind a short commute, this is a great little place to stay.»
+Very clean and quiet. There was literally a Park View and coffee shop just steps away. Nice suburban neighborhood and very peaceful.
−It was a little far from the city centre but the bus stop was an only a short walk. We actually walked in to town in about 30 minutes and enjoyed it.

«Really good Stay in a Nice Area»
+The area was excellent, really quiet place, perfect for a good night of sleep, the room very clean, with a small refrigerator in case you need, the gave us water muffin , coffee, so it has more than i expected, recommended place, the caffe of the place near it was great, Ger was very nice with us.

+Nice fluffy towels.
−Location! Lack of communication with host! No wifi code provided! Awful bed! Broken blind! I’ll fitting toilet seat! Would not recommend! Totally overpriced! Had to ask for milk and sugar for tea!

+Ger was absolutely pleasant!! Communication was great, room was tidy clean, made for a comfortable stay. Coffee at the cafe next door was the best. Location was great, as we were attending Kingfisher Sports club
