«Hidden costs, extortion, and terrible standards. Do not book!»
−I strongly advise against booking this camp. The property uses highly dishonest practices to extract extra money from guests. 1. Hidden costs and extortion: A day before our arrival, after the free cancellation window had already closed, we received a message stating that the transport to the camp costs an obligatory €40 per person. There is absolutely no mention of this fee in their official Booking.com offer. Since you cannot reach the camp on foot, by your own car, or via any third-party transfer, this is a forced, mandatory cost,not an "optional activity" as the staff falsely claims. We were backed into a corner and forced to pay. To make matters worse, they refused card payments on-site and did not provide any receipt or official invoice. 2. Awful standards: The tent looked much worse and more run-down than in the photos. The water pressure was extremely low, and during the night, the running water was completely turned off without any prior notice. It was only turned back on at 5:30 AM. 3. Poor food: The breakfast was very basic, cheap, and disappointing, especially for a place that brands itself as a "luxury" camp. This place is a tourist trap that scams people with late, hi

−L'accueil est juste courtois. Le conducteur du 4x4 était imprudent. Il n'écoutait pas nos questions et restait surtout intéressé par le paiement des prestations. Le ménage sous les lits laisse à désirer.

«Straordinario campo di lusso nel deserto»
+Un'esperienza straordinaria in un campo di lusso nel deserto! Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso in questo campo di lusso nel deserto! Fin dal nostro arrivo, tutto è stato perfetto. Le tende erano pulite, confortevoli e ben attrezzate, dotate di bagno privato e doccia, il che ha reso l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. Il cibo era eccellente e squisito, e il personale è stato incredibilmente cordiale, accogliente e disponibile per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati e ben assistiti. Uno dei momenti salienti della nostra esperienza è stato l'arrivo al campo a dorso di cammello. È stata un'avventura bellissima e indimenticabile! La mattina seguente siamo rientrati in Jeep: anche questa è stata un'esperienza divertente e un ottimo modo per concludere il soggiorno. Consigliamo vivamente questo campo a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza nel deserto che sia confortevole, autentica e indimenticabile. «Uniek!»
+Super leuke en unieke slaaplocatie. Als je alle activiteiten gaat doen heb je aan 2 nachten wel genoeg
−Activiteiten die erbij komen zijn wat duur waardoor de dagen ook wat duurder zijn. Echter kun je je op het kamp niet een dag vermaken dus bij geen activiteiten duurt de dag lang.

+E’ stata un’esperienza spettacolare soprattutto grazie allo staff . La musica e i balli tipici intorno al fuoco e il personale che ha coinvolto tutti i partecipanti hanno reso la serata magica. Tende accoglienti e pulite
−Dovrebbero mettere a disposizione dei ventilatori…. Ad agosto di notte non si dorme . Lo rifaremmo comunque ma questo è un consiglio che potrebbe migliorare l’esperienza nel suo complesso.

+We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this luxury camp and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable desert experience! The tents were beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, with a luxurious bedroom and a private shower. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The food was also excellent, with delicious meals and great quality throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They made us feel at home and were always happy to help. One of the highlights of our stay was the camel ride at sunset. Watching the sunset over the desert while riding the camels was truly a magical and unforgettable experience. The quad tour was also fantastic and added a lot of fun and adventure to our stay. +We had an absolutely amazing stay at this luxury camp! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The camp is in a beautiful and convenient location, and the tents were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was delicious, with plenty of great flavors and generous portions. One of the highlights of our stay was the camel ride it was such an incredible and unforgettable experience, especially enjoying the beautiful surroundings. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, helpful, and attentive. They made us feel at home and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. We truly loved our time here and would highly recommend this camp to anyone looking for a memorable, comfortable, and authentic experience. We would happily come back again!

+Sono stara con la mia famiglia al Magic Luxury Camp in agosto, per loro bassa stagione, eravamo da soli in tutto il camp ma i ragazzi ci hanno fatto vivere una bellissima esperienza con ottimo cibo, canti, balli e un momento di contemplazione delle stelle. La mattina siamo andati sulle dune con i cammelli a vedere l'alba, bellissimo. Grazie ragazzi. E' tutto come descritto, parcheggio gratuito e sicuro, traferimento in 4x4 compreso, esperienze con cammelli e quad che si concordano al momento a prezzi corretti. Lo consiglio.

«Excelente!»
+Funcionários simpáticos. Tendas confortáveis e limpas, bem como os restantes espaços do acampamento. O jantar e o pequeno almoço foram bons. Tinha um parque fechado onde estacionamos as motos em segurança. O transfer entre o estacionamento e o acampamento estava incluído no preço. (Atenção que normalmente o transfer não está incluído, e são pedidos preços exorbitantes)
−Faltava ar condicionado na tenda. No entanto assim a experiência foi mais autêntica.
