+We really appreciated how flexible the host was when our check-in time changed because of our flight situation. The apartment is very nice and fully prepared for guests’ needs. The location is excellent and really couldn’t be better. It is only about a 2-minute walk to the train station and a 3-minute walk to the tram, so it is very easy to get almost anywhere. We were also able to walk to all the popular sights in Nice, with most places within about a 30-minute walk. Two things were especially important to us: 1. The building has an elevator, and the apartment is on the second floor with only a few stairs. This made it very convenient both for our luggage and for everyday use. 2. The room has air conditioning. I really can’t imagine staying here without it during this unusually hot September. Overall, we had a very comfortable and convenient stay.

«a very lovely stay»
+We have a very lovely stay at the apartment in Nice. The host, Yves, was one of the most welcoming hosts we've met so far, truly an amazing guy who made sure that our stay in Nice would be unforgettable. He was very caring for his guests, he waited personally to check us into his apartment, and he offered a pretty tasty home-made jam as an extra. In general, this stay has surpassed our expectations on multiple levels.
−All was great.

+Friendly host, we were able to check in slightly early and check out slightly later. The apartment has been taken very good care of and very clean. Location also great, right next to the train station yet quiet in the evening.

Qualità-prezzo buona.

+Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The location was perfect, just a short walking distance to Nice-Ville Station, making it very convenient to explore different towns along the coast. The place was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, especially the fully stocked kitchen. One of the sweetest touches was the homemade strawberry jam waiting for us upon arrival, a tiny jar of French happiness 🍓. Yves was an exceptional host. He personally met us to hand over the keys, gave us a thorough tour of the property, and made sure we were comfortable settling in. He was also very responsive and easy to reach whenever we had questions. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Nice.
−Nothing.
