+The florance is right in the centre of town and was a perfect base for us. It has a cosy quiet feel and is immaculately clean. It has a lovely social dining area with small lounge for resting in and chatting in the afternoons or early evenings. Would highly recommend!

„Wonderful I would stay again if i was travelling as a couple or with friends.”
+The included breakfast was great. I really enjoyed the communal area. We were travelling with two other couples, so it was nice to relax together.
−I struggled with the door to enter. I had to get help from a another guest inside.

„A must stay boutique hotel in the heart of Launceston”
+Outstanding boutique hotel in the heart of Launceston, right across the street for City Park. Our host was absolutely lovely to visit with us - she advised us on a walking tour (self guided) and restaurants. Breakfast was very good - cereals, fruits, eggs, toast, avocado, etc with selection of coffees and teas. We enjoyed the conservatory with friends, bringing our own wine and cheese and our host happily provided utensils and plates. The room was very comfortable and outfitted with a heating blanket for the bed and high end soaps and shampoo in the bath. Highly recommend!

„You’ll be Happy You Stayed Here!”
+Fab location. Right opposite pretty park with Alfred Hall (AC/DC players there) and an entertaining family of macaques. Looked forward to breakfasts. Loved the huge map of Tassie which engaged visitors in conversation. High quality environment. Professional, friendly and helpful staff. Nice to come back after a day of walking in this town full of gorgeous old buildings, and sink into big comfy leather lounge with a nice coffee and book. Would definitely stay again! Thanks.
−The bedside table lights in my room could be more conducive to reading.
