+The way the chek in worked was seamless and i could even arrive really late. The kitchen had plenty of tools to use for the food and the room was plenty big.
−A little noise from the neighbours but nothing groundbranking

„Disappointed.”
+Location
−The room is not clean. I found a waste paper on the bed when I moved in. The room is too warm. The fan does not help to reduce the hot air. If windows are opened, insects are flying in. The bed mattress is not comfortable, pillows are too thin to support. And not sure why I was told to clear the rubbish before I can move out since the cleaner is already waiting outside.

„Quit, clean, and functional studio close to the university”
+Functional and clean, great value for the price! Correctly advertized. I appreciated the work desk and office chair in the room, and also small things - like extra virgin oil and vinegar that were at disposal in the kitchen.

„A perfect place to stay in Graz”
+Excellent communication - everything explained clear and on time (key-box, rubbish, washing machine, etc) Location - just outside Old Town, next to the University, and very quiet Equipment - small kitchen, but everything you might need Bikes for rent - an excellent idea - thank you!
−A full-size mirror would be good on-line check-in via an external link - its always a suspicious, and a high risk affair
