„My stay was good except for the noise from the heater was too tired to get up and ask the staff to change my room”
+Location
−The noise from the heater was hard to get a good nights sleep after a 9 Hour Drive.

„uncomfortable”
−hotel must have been built on a budget. Room design, bathroom, and bedroom areas were bare minimum. The TV could not be watched from the bed...divider wall block tv from bed. TV was small and was bolted to a dresser.... why not mount a larger tv on wall with mounts that allow viewing from both the bed or the couch. Bathroom was minimal. Tub was so small it was difficult to take shower.... why not a walk in shower. Look at the room design at Huntersville.

„Very nice.”
+Clean, comfortable bed and friendly staff.
−Beware of a parking charge and extra tax fee which is required above the listed rate…about $10-12.

„Though it was clean and peaceful I expected better than this.”
+Very nice and trendy looking.
−1) please do not tell me at this day and age the WiFi is not working seriously?😟 2) the bed is hard as a rock. Now hotels aren’t using bedsprings for comfort???? 3) I appreciate having to use the toiletries set up on the shower wall however I was very disappointed when I went to use the body wash that the pump was broken and you can not take the bottle off the wall nor twist the lid off which wouldn’t matter because it takes the pump to use it.😤

+The manager of the property decided to cancel my reservation without any type of notification. I didn’t receive an email a text phone call nothing we arrive and were told by two associates at the front desk that the manager decided to cancel our reservation. There was no other explanation. Nothing provided to us. We were put in a bad position in the middle of a thunderstorm later in the evening around 6 o’clock to find another hotel in a very, very popular area. Very angry and disappointed! Treated us very poorly!
