+Super nice staff. Doing a lot to make our stay great and confortable. The villa was also very spacious and clean with AC.
−The price seems a lot considering the standard of the hotel. It seems the owner don't put any more heart into it. Luckily, again, the staff is amazing.

„Viel Potenzial aber leider nicht gut im Schuss”
+Die Lage am Strand ist traumhaft, man liegt unter Palmen am Strand. Pool und Anlage ist soweit auch schön. Die Anlage hat enormes potenzial wenn auch vieles in den Zimmern und im Service verbessert werden muss.
−Der Service ist katastrophal, sowohl Frühstück als auch Handtücher und Arbeitsmoral. Man bekommt alles auf Nachfrage muss aber nachfragen. Die Jungs die die Anlage in Schuss halten liegen in einem nicht benutzten Zimmern und langweilen sich. Obwohl man viel machen könnte. Zum Beispiel die Anlage vorallem den strandbereich zu pflegen. Alle sind sehr bemüht, jedoch fehlt die Leitung und jemand der den Mitarbeitern man sagt wie man alles machen soll. Die Zimmer sind auch nicht schön, das Bad stinkt, alles ist nicht richtig sauber. Auf Nachfrage werden die Zimmer gemacht. Keine Bar, wir sind ins Nachbarhotel gegangen

+Das Zimmer war sehr groß, ein Bediensteter älterer Mann war unglaublich nett!!! Pool war sehr schön..
−Das Hotel war teils sehr herunter gekommen, beim Balkon fehlte teilweise das Geländer, ebenso beim Aufgang zum Zimmer war das Geländer total kaputt und nicht repariert.... Strand ist leider aber auch bei den Hotels daneben, sehr seicht und mit abgestorben Korallen zum Schwimmen nicht geeignet. Der Ausweg ist zu Fuß 10min. Oder 2 Minuten mit den Tuktuk zum Kalkuda Beach fahren der traumhaft ist!

+Das Hotel liegt auf einem wunderschönen, weitläufigen Gelände mit vielen Palmen und einem schönen Strand mit vielen Korallen am Strand an dem man gut Schorcheln kann. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr ruhig - ideal, wenn man ein paar entspannte Tage verbringen und abschalten möchte. Der große Pool war immer sauber und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank an Jeevan, der sich sichtbar gut darum gekümmert hat 🤗 Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und die Betten bequem. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir außerdem die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals. Alle waren sehr lieb. Man kann morgens den Sonnenaufgang und Abends den Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Das war wirklich wunderschön.

„Stunning and spacious villa on the beach, but rudimentary service standard.”
+The villa was so gorgeous, with French doors that took you straight to the ocean via a 1 minute walk through a coconut tree grove. The location and its proximity to a fantastic beach with water sports deserves more than 10/10. The rooms were massive and the bathroom was palatial, with a giant shower cubicle as well as a freestanding clawfoot bath.
−I don’t like to give bad reviews, but I have to be honest. The staff seemed well intentioned, but I felt that management have not invested in proper training. Some spoke rudimentary English and some couldn’t communicate at all. The general vibe was like a grand and beautiful hotel that had passed its heyday and that the owner must have given up trying. It felt like it was about to close down or be sold. We paid for the half board package (breakfast and dinner included). Unlike other hotels in the same price range, there was no buffet. The food was brought to you. Breakfast was sustaining but unexciting- eggs, bread, pikelets, fresh fruit. Dinner options were generally boring and the few guests staying at the hotel generally looked sad. Also the French door in our villa was in disrepair and needed both my husband and I to forced the two sides together to make it lock.

+The service provided by the staff was exceptional. As the property was new, there are still things to improve on, however the overall experience was quite nice. The breakfast was huge and the staff did their job extremely well and professionally.
−It would be nice to improve the railings and have more lighting near guest rooms and on stairs.
