„No volveríamos”
+La comunicación y la información previa a la llegada fueron correctas. Sin embargo, la experiencia cambió una vez llegamos al apartamento.
−Al llegar, el apartamento tenía un fuerte olor a tabaco y faltaba el hervidor eléctrico que aparecía anunciado entre las comodidades. Intentamos contactar con el anfitrión en varias ocasiones, tanto por teléfono como por mensaje, pero no obtuvimos ninguna respuesta durante los tres días de nuestra estancia.

„Katastrophe.”
+Hmm, was? Die Lage war o.k. nicht weit vom House of Parlament und gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.
−Als wir ankamen waren wir etwas früher da und wollten uns telefonisch erkundigen ob es möglich wäre unser Gepäck anzustellen. Leider ging über 90 Minuten niemand ans Telefon. Dann beim Check in war unser Zimmer noch nicht geputzt und das unserer Nachbarn auch nicht. Nachdem unser Zimmernachbar telefonisch jemanden erreicht hatte bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer. Ich sage nur Katastrophe, das Zimmer war mit Dachschräge und wir mussten uns ständig bücken um von eine Teil des Zimmers in den anderen zu gelangen.

„Cheap and feels it!”
+It was a good price for Bucharest. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked. There is a great minimart next door that sells everything you need.
−The bathroom was a disgrace. The toilet seat was completely detached from the toilet, the shower did not always work and it was dirty. The ceiling is so low even I couldn’t stand up at 5’4”. There is a circular staircase to access the floors which makes carrying luggage a problem. The coffee did not get replenished or cups washed on the main floor area It was a 30 minute walk to the main city centre

„Do not recommend this apartment”
+Was a short walk to our new accommodation.
−Couldn't stand upright in most of the apartment due to low, sloping ceiling (attic apartment, #5) No kitchen facilities. Even though listed as available, there were NO: coffee machine; electric kettle; hairdryer; iron; tea/coffee maker; 24 hr front desk (no reception as it was self check-in); mini market on site; barber/beauty shop; garden. None of this is on site. Only access to water was in the handbasin of the musty-smelling bathroom. Was provided with 1 x glass, 2 x bowls, cutlery. No coffee mugs provided. There was the opportunity to walk down stairs to a small common area to boil a kettle. Communal mugs only, had to take own water, & provide own coffee. Will not return.

−I got to the location after a day and night worth of train travel. I am an elderly woman, I am 75 years old. I entered the building and it was full of garbage. I didn't even go to the accomodation room as I got scared and I didn't want to stay there. I had my son call them the next day. The person who answered said that they can look on a surveillance camera and they see nothing wrong but they will check what happened the day before and come back with a phone call. They never did.

„Nu recomand sub nici o forma, mizerabil și urat mirositor.”
+A fost ceea mai neplăcută cazare si colaborare pe care o am de când folosesc platforma Booking. Proprietarii nu au răspuns la mesaje, telefon decât in ultimul ceas, au stres pozele apartamentului, nu au răspuns nici la serviciu clienți Booking, deci NUUU recomand. A fost super murdar, gândaci imenși, praf, par pe jos, ustensile vechi rupte, ruginite , fără o perdea la geam, un miros incredibil in baie !!! NU as recomanda asa ceva nici la cel mai mare dușman!

+Удобное для нас местоположение. В соседнем доме магазин, в котором можно купить и продукты, и готовую еду, и хозтовары. Нормальная цена. Селф чекин.
−Есть ощущение, что хозяин не сильно задумывался о том, насколько комфортно будет жильцам. Чайник и кофемашина только в общем коридоре. Если кто-то забрал на время чайник, то остаешься без него. На кухне есть ровно следующее: средство для мытья посуды, два стакана и мини-холодильник. Нет ни плиты, ни микроволновки, ни посуды. Элементарно, даже не в чем заварить быструю кашу и нечем ее есть. Подогреть готовую еду из магазина тоже негде. Хозяин отправил данные для заезда не за обещанные полчаса, а за 5 минут до 15:00. Я успела понервничать, так как друзьям он отменил жилье за 2 часа до заезда, на звонки не отвечал и было не понятно, сможем ли хотя бы мы заселиться. Наш номер находился прямо у общего выхода. Примерно в полночь заселялись или выселялись какие-то жильцы, которые совершенно не ограничивали себя в громкости разговоров и хлопания дверьми... И напоследок за 5 минут до нашего отъезда посреди комнаты появился большой таракан. На фото, если приглядеться, он очень расплывчивый - забегает под кровать...

„Please avoid this hotel!”
+The only plus I can give is the presence of a TV and air conditioner
−Everything was terrible from the very beginning. As soon as I entered the room, a huge cockroach ran past me. The smell of cigarettes and dampness was constant, and even the air conditioning didn't help, since your room will be located below ground level next to the mops and laundry room. The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, and the mobile internet didn't have a signal for the same reason. The bed linens were terrible, as were the bed and mattress. The towels were dirty and covered in cosmetics. There were no foot towels or kitchen towels. The bathroom was rusty, and the automatic exhaust fan smelled like sewage, as if it had never been cleaned. I wouldn't recommend putting things on the radiators because the rust soaks into the items and is irreversible. I spent the next two days washing the smell of cigarettes and dampness off myself and my things. When I wrote about these problems to the staff in the chat, I was simply ignored.

+Am fost în acest apartament și am avut o experiență foarte plăcută. Bun raport calitate-preț, exact cum ne așteptam. Apartamentul a fost foarte curat, bine întreținut și confortabil. Gazdele au fost amabile și comunicarea a decurs foarte bine. Recomand cu încredere pentru un sejur liniștit și plăcut!

„Dezamagit total de Booking”
−Demult asteptam sa scriu acest review . Am facut o rezervare cu 6 luni inante la LazyNest Apartament . Fix in ziua in care aveam cazarea am primit de la Booking un mail " Ne pare rau LazyNest Apatament , nu va poate primi , rezervarea dumneavoastra a fost anulata " . Eram in masina in drum spre Bucuresti . A urmat un telefon de la Booking prin care imi explicau ca cei de la Lazy Nest au o problema cu canalizarea si nu mai pot sa-mi ofere cazare si mi-au facut o oferta de nerefuzat " Sa imi caut singur o alta cazare si imi ramburseaza pana la 600 ron " . Dar ce sa vezi cea mai ieftina cazare in Bucuresti pe Booking era 2500 ron , deoarece a fost un eveniment foarte mare si nu mai erau decat 5-6 locuri de cazare . Pe scurt LazyNest , cu siguranta nu a avut nici o defectiune si sigur au inchiriat la un pret de 10 ori mai mare decat la cel care facusem eu rezervare ceea ce arata o neseriozitate si va puteti astepta oricand la lucrul acesta asa ca NU recomand . Insa cel mai dezamagit sunt de Booking , eu am facut rezervarea la ei si ma asteptam ca ei sa rezolve problema , nu sa ma puna sa platesc o suma exorbitanta si dupa sa ma rog sa-mi deconteze . Asa ca m-am vazut nevoit ca la 02 am
