„Huzurlu Daday”

„Perfect nature gateaway with amazing facilities.”
+Facilities, staff, the rooms and the food were all amazing! I really had a great time for resting and spending time in the nature. The staff and the owners were really lovely people, they show sincere care for the guests. The hotel offers also wide range of activities both for adults and also for the kids. So it’s perfect spot to spend for a long weekend family gathering.
−Nothing really.

„That hotel need maintenance”
+Staff was good , they did their best Manager changed our room and upgraded us to suit that we can sleep well in proper room even that room air conditioning was bit loud Get a suit room with fireplace inside It is quite, if you want to rest come in autumn and week days you will be alone in the hotel There are horse riding and bicycles and ATV tours but we were in to visit national parks around
−I was not informed that facilities were close such as pool, sauna and hamam -do not book without confirming that everything is working. I book mansion room which was more expensive than standart room but bad was disaster, older than my grandparents bad ,so noisy, you can’t even turn right to left , air conditioning was so loud , didn’t sleep first night at all Breakfast was just ok, nothing special, like this hotel that area we expected better but maybe it was just us in the hotel that’s why They upgraded us to suit room because bad and air conditioning in our first room was very bad and we didn’t sleep first night but they didn’t make any discount because of hamam, pool and sauna was close which we were not informed and when we told them, they replied like “ it is written on booking that facilities are open seasonally “

„A nice escape from the city, except the food”
+We stayed here for two nights, as two families with small kids. The hotel has several activities from horse riding to ATV riding, bicycles to trekking, swimming pool to bath and sauna, etc. Some of them are free for guests and some of them have extra prices. The garden is nice and the kids had a lot of fun there. The room was clean, yet nowhere as large as advertised. It was advertised as 66m2 but it was more like 15-20m2. But we could fit in. They have supplied extra beds for the kids without even asking. However, we were staying in the building with the restaurant (above the restaurant) and it was somewhat noisy during night time. The kitchen was the main downfall. The breakfast was nice and satisfactory. Dinner was a different case. The prices were somewhat high and meals were far from satisfactory, regarding portion size or taste. Unfortunately, there are almost nowhere to dine in Daday except the hotel. Maybe you can have a late lunch in Memis and skip dinner. Overall, it was a nice stay. The facilities were clean, family-friendly, the staff was helpful, the environment is beautiful, amenities were various, but food needs to improve.
