„Definitely a place I would never stay again”
+The location was OK
−Black lady that was doing breakfast was very nasty. She didn’t have a good attitude. I asked her for plastic plasticware. She didn’t want to give it to me. She didn’t wanna give out paper plates. I guess there’s a rule that you can’t take food to the room, I’ve never heard of that. I worked at Hilton for years almost 9 years and we don’t care what our customer takes to the room. The customer is ultimately our goal to satisfy the customer that’s not the case here they are horrible to the people. Lady that was there front desk. She was very nice very polite. Let me give her her flowers because she was very polite. She made everything correct she assured me that she would handle that situation and have a speak with the lady that was mean and nasty towards us both days about breakfast if she didn’t wanna serve breakfast, maybe she don’t need to be working in hospitality. There was a young lady that was there with her. I guess they were arguing and the lady was the young girl was trying to put up coffee or something, but the old lady had attitude towards her like she had a big ball and she run something. She don’t run anything but her mouth and for that reason, I would never stay there

−Don’t like housekeeping knocking at 9:00am and checkout isn’t until 12. Interrupting sleep

+Beautiful view
−I was asked so many times if I wanted to check out hours before it was even time. Eventually just had to use the side door to go outside to avoid the front desk

„A bit hot, humid, and not well organised.”
+Hotel was modern and fairly clean, as were the rooms.
−The hotel was so humid, and the thermostat didn’t seem to work. Despite settling it to a low temperature, it never turned on until 4am. Also, sadly despite booking through Booking.com, it caused a lot of confusion at check-in as it was third-party. We were then charged a fee the following morning as a “no show.” This was taken off and the woman at the desk was helpful, but it was frustrating as it took a week for it to come off of our credit card statement.

+The room was nice, the beds were comfortable and clean I loved the pillows.
−The shower handle was loose, I was afraid it was going to come off and the water would go everywhere. Not enough towels.
