+The fact that it was beside the venue we were getting married at.
−We booked back in May for a large suite for our wedding this weekend. We included that this booking was for our wedding in our reservation. When we arrived after having set up decorations at our venue, feeling exhausted and wanting to change and freshen up for our rehearsal dinner, we were told the room wasn't going to be ready for almost an hour to an hour and a half after scheduled check-in time at 4pm. They did apologize, and tried to offer us free drinks and free apps while we waited, but we had dinner reservations at 5 and wouldn't be able to use that. We were told that the people in the room paid for a late 4pm check-out, leaving us with no room to get ready in. Instead, we were given an access card to get changed and dressed in the pool change rooms... When we were finally able to get back and check-in around 9pm, they still gave us the tickets for free drinks and apps, but we wouldn't have time to even use them because t
