„Odkrywanie uroków Toskanii”
+Piękny widok na ogród, budynki, miasto. Filmowa sceneria. Basen. Wygodne łóżko, wyposażenie kuchni : lodówka, gazówka, zmywarka mikrofalówka. TV., WiFi. Wiata że stolikiem, krzesłami, otoczona roślinnością, pomocny Roberto. Świetne miejsce wypadkowe do zwiedzania atrakcji Toskanii jak np. Cortona, Pienza Montepulciano, Arezzo.
−Kabina prysznicowa wymaga wymiany, słabe ciśnienie wody pod prysznicem, apartament powierzchownie posprzątany

„Good location, great host!”
+Great location! Roberto was very accomodating, and even helped my friend in the morning with getting roof bars for the new old fiat Panda 97 4x4 he had just bought. Overal a really nice guy and great host. We also used the pool which was great in the heat. The AC also worked which sadly is not always the case so that's a big pluss as well.
−Not really much to complain about, we had a great stay.

„Cheap but not cheap”
+The location was good and we just wanted a place to sleep at.
−To simple and no proper facilities. No minibar. No fridge. No shampoos. The floor was stonefloor and it’s hard to tell if it’s clean or not. Too many bugs and flies in the room

„Excellent Host”
+I stayed one night at Fonte del Castagno and had a great experience. Roberto, the owner, was incredibly kind and helpful,he even drove me to the shop to pick up groceries. He took time to explain the history of the house, share insights about the area, and make sure I had everything I needed. Warm, intelligent conversation and genuine hospitality made the stay memorable. I’m grateful for the care and would happily come back. Five stars
