„Nice but overpriced.”
+Good location, good heating, and a lovely view.
−+€200 for just 19 hours of accommodation (check-in at 4 PM and check-out at 11 AM). I understand this is common practice in the hospitality industry, but I personally find it poor value for money. The apartment is on the third floor with no lift, and there is no lighting on the last flight of stairs. There was also a polite request to clean up before leaving, mentioning that the cleaning staff would appreciate it. Although it wasn't mandatory, I found this a bit unusual for paid accommodation, especially at this price.

„So much potential”
+The “staff” was super friendly and really easy to get into contact with. Getting into the apartment was really easy as the notes were really detailed.
−I felt like everything was “almost” good. The bed was fine, but worn (and you can feel it). The shower was ok, but the height adjustment was broken. The location was good, but someone previous smoked in the place so it smelled like an ashtray. It did not give an inviting feeling to me.

+Our stay here was fantastic! The apartment is really comfortable and has everything you need. The neighbourhood is the nicest in the whole city, central and quiet. Daphne is a truly wonderful and thoughtful host! We can’t wait to come back
