„Fantastic location, rooms are upstairs with no lift access so bring your muscles (and some earplugs on a weekend!)”
+The location
−Our window backed onto the below pub and there wasn’t enough soundproofing. We could hear every time someone had a conversation as they were leaving. With the pub closing at 11 it was a long night!

„Nice room and great location but no rest at all due to noise of cleaning overnight in the function/bar/restauran”
+The location is great.
−Very noisy, and not from patrons-the cleaning staff moved furniture between 2 and 5am dragging tables and chairs and there is no way I could sleep. When I told staff they said that all they could do was pass it on to the cleaning company and the same thing happened on night 2.

„Basic is overpriced”
+Location, food and drink. Bathroom was renovated. Auto/adjustable light and fan was a nice touch with seperate a/c.
−Tiny room (barely the size of a bedroom) overlooking a horrible roof and utilities like air conds. Feel like because it was booked via here they provide 1 of prob the 3 worst budget rooms avail but price isn't reflective of how cheap the room and outlook is.

„Great place!”
+Fantastic location with a food and drink (2 bars) on-site. Golf course just next door which was nice.
−We didn't get a view of the sea.. just unlucky i suppose. Would be nice to have that option.

„Fantastic Staff. Fantastic Location. Choose the right room type with an 'ocean view'!”
+Location is amazing - right on Cottesloe beach! The room type is really important at this venue. My friends had beautiful rooms overlooking the ocean. I had a room at the back of the venue that was the size of a European room - very small, felt dated, looked out to a roof with no view. This was the only room type that was available when I booked, so just try to get a room overlooking the ocean as there is a big difference and you'll be much happier in those rooms!

+The hotel & staff were absolutely amazing! Didn’t realise there was no elevator and had booked the night as my partner was having knee surgery and panicked when I realised it was only stairs. The manager & other staff were so accommodating and happy to help wherever they could! Would absolutely recommend staying here! Location is perfect just across from the beach and a restaurant below

„Disappointing but great location”
+Great location close to beach
−Minimal support from staff, no WiFi details, food in restaurant was awful, room very small and balcony not at all like it looks in the pictures.
