„Welcoming owner providing great accommodation in good location at a very reasonable price.”
+The owner of the property was very welcoming and helpful which was so appreciated after a very long hot day. Lovely cosy clean room with a very comfortable bed for a really good price. Clear and useful instructions for location of property. Car park across the road along with bus stops. Great location for shops and railway/tram station.

„friendly and convenient”
+center of the town with all shops, pubs and public transport on the doorstep! very accommodating, friendly and caring, mini fridge in the room, leaves you snacks with tea/coffee at the ready in your room and the shower was amazing
−there’s not much i can say but if i had to be critical i would say privacy isn’t 100% but that’s expected as it’s an air bnb type stay!

„Bien dans l'ensemble”
+Très bon accueil, les infos pour accéder à la maison étaient parfaites. La chambre était suffisante pour nous deux. Les locaux étaient très propre. La salle de bain et les toilettes ont été réservées pour nous. Possibilité d'utiliser la cuisine. Dans la chambre il y avait une table pliante et une chaise, très pratique. Peut-être une deuxième chaise aurait été bienvenue, mais ça nous convenait. Le wifi est bon. Petite TV disponible également dans la chambre. Du café et des petits gâteaux mis à disposition, c'est appréciable pour une boisson chaude le matin. Nos hôtes ont été très discrets pendant la durée de notre séjour.
−Même si le logement est à l'écart de la grande rue, on peut entendre de la musique des pubs, mais rarement au-delà de 10PM. Malgré tout ça reste supportable en fermant la fenêtre. Il est possible de se garer dans les rues avoisinantes mais faire attention aux places réservées pour les résidents.

−Spa bath was not at all as advertised didn't work and bath took forever to run and was cold water. Was really looking forward to this was one of the main reasons I booked here. No lock on bedroom which is a safety and security issue. Pin on door isn't the safest and door doesn't lock straight away meaning anyone could just walk in including the gate to property as anyone can just push open and walk in. Very loud outside unable to sleep and loud in the property gone midnight couldn't sleep. No one around to help or speak to at check in or check out.
