„Please refund full deposit after inspection”
+Location
−Room rate is high ,on top of that further reduction from damage deposit stating it is a service fee.

„Customer service needs to be improved”
+It was clean, had the facilities.
−Difficulty on speaking to someone when I texted about a question I was told to contact the customer service and wasn’t provided with the details. It was absolutely freezing no heating on until very late when we were in bed. £50 deposit was asked for a day before arriving at the place and they said that I would not get the full deposit back they charged £3 fee. Which I thought was ridiculous. I would have been happy to pay them £50 deposit in cash (option not given).

„If I knew all I have now, I will not book Sky City Apartment, never.”
+Location is not too bad.
−Smell of fresh painting all over the stairway. The noise from non-lodgers who appeared to be residents within the property. Slamming of door could still be heard a few minutes before 23.00 hours. Lastly, I do not understand why £3 was deducted from my deposit as service fee. This was never included in the information before booking. But knowing fully that I have no option to cancel, I was told a service charge would be taken from my damage deposit. This is unfair. I have never experienced this since I have been using Booking.com for over a decade. I have always have my full deposit refunded, but with Sky City Apartment, its a rip off. Why charging me a service fee? If you are going to charge someone a service fee, it should have been stated before someone agreed to book your apartment, not after. The amount might looked little, but the way they went about it is very unfair.

+The city centre is walkable. Lucky the bed was clean.
−Not very clean, Contact lense left on bedside table, Sink had food waste still in bottom of sink and plug. The shower room is a disaster, The water washes over the lip and on to floor. (no shower mat either). The toilet you have to sit sideways as the toilet roll holder is in the way. It was reasonable clean.

„Good value for money”
+Overall good value for money. I've been using Sky and Bebe Apartments for over 3 years. They are my go to stay whenever I'm in Coventry. Definitely be using them again when I'm down in Coventry
−I've noticed a decline in attention to details around cleaning and maintenance. There was a lot of cobwebs above the kitchen cabinet. The room I stayed in my last visit hand the hinges off on the glass shower door. I also don't like that there's an admin cost to refunding your Deposit especially when it's an online bank transfer.

+Recently refurbished, lovely clean room, brand new shower room, fully stocked kitchenette.
−Slight delay getting deposit returned but not really an issue.

„Do Not Book This Place”
+Nothing, I arrived, paid £50 deposit and then was told there was no room for me. They told me they had double booked. They said they would refund my booking, they haven't, they said they would refund my deposit, they haven't. Do not book this place, booking.com should not use this place either. Disgusting..

„Terrible experience”
+1. Shower 2. TV 3. KITCHEN
−Deposit process... No transparency in Deposit before access. No mirror lite. Not a simple process. Taken ages for deposits 2x £50 to return and a fee was charged... not good!
