„Cool neighbourhood made me really grateful to have chosen this place”
+I thought the neighbourhood... shops & coffee shops & restaurants... was particularly lovely.

„not worth it”
+really loud, not sound insulated at all. there’s no coffee in the lobby or your room you have to walk over to Lefty’s to buy some. there’s no phone to call the front desk, you have to text them lol it’s really weird and sometimes takes a while for a response. I’ll stay at a comfier hotel next time with better amenities..

„LOUD LOUD LOUD”
+TERRIBLE… Along a busy street with loud busses starting at 5am… Front desk refused to move me to a different room despite other rooms being available… There is an outdoor bar outside across the street that is open until 2am as well, but the buses were the worst… Actually the service was the worst because they refused to move me

„Incredible property and staff. Very loud”
+Friendly staff, very clean all around.
−Very loud. The dj outside of my window was unbearably loud until 1 am. Unfortunately at about 6:30 am the coffee shop downstairs starting playing their music at the same level making it impossible for to sleep.

„Arrive and re-arrive”
+I spend a night or two in Austin at least every month for work. Arrive is by far my favorite place to stay, the staff are always kind and up beat! The rooms are huge with high ceilings , contemporary, cozy beds and always extra clean! Bathrooms are the same with huge walk-in showers. Everything about the hotel is original and unique. The location can't be beat, East Side, you can walk to tons of cool restaurants and bars.

„Great 10 day stay”
+Located in a great area with dozens of restaurants/bars within walking distance. Very calm lobby area and very convenient valet system. The rooms are unique and comfortable and for the price are a bit nicer than the mainstream competitors. Consider booking through Amex Platinum for hood value and redemptions. Everything was clean and the bath products are Salt & Stone. I appreciate Nafees, Bella, Mr. Willie and all staff for their hospitality during my stay.
