+Great central location where you can walk to absolutely everything! Very clean and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment.
−Unfortunately there was a construction site next door with building works starting around 7am which wasn’t ideal.

+스태프였던 Elena가 특히 친절했어요. 모든 관광지를 가기에 다 가까움. 걸어다녀도 괜찮고 다리 아플 때는 버스정류장도 다 가까워서 버스 타고다니기도 좋았어요. 택시정류장도 가까워서 공항갈때도 거기서 택시타고 공항갔어요. 엘레베이터가 있어서 캐리어 옮기거나 평소에 너무 편했어요.

+The location is very good, around a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum and close to many restaurants. The person responsible for assisting us was extremely helpful and made a real effort to resolve the problems we had. Overall, the property has good potential, especially because of its excellent location and the helpful attitude of the staff. With some improvements in maintenance, particularly regarding the air conditioning, it could be a very good place to stay.
−The property itself is not bad, and the person who assisted us was very kind, responsive, and genuinely tried to solve the issues we encountered. When we arrived, during a period of very hot weather, the apartment was extremely warm. Unfortunately, the air-conditioning units did not seem to be properly maintained, and only the unit in the living room was actually cooling effectively. The first night was therefore quite difficult for us to sleep. After I contacted the host, they provided us with two fans, which helped a lot and made the temperature much more manageable. My main point of attention is that the property has a lot of potential. The staff are friendly and clearly willing to help, but the air-conditioning system needs proper maintenance, and this was understandably something they could not fix immediately during our stay. Another small point, which I mention only as constructive feedback, would be to provide some basic kitchen items such as sugar and salt for guests who want to cook. These are simple things that I usually find in rental apartments, but they were not available here.

+Best location - all within walking distance. The area is very quiet but unfortunatly the other guests in the building woke us up at night. Very friendly and helpfull staff!

+The apartment is right in the heart of the city, in a perfect location. It’s beautiful, recently renovated, and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay , definitely worth every penny! Highly recommended.

+Только расположение.
−1. Были очень маленькие кровати. Так сказать полуторка. Мы вдвоём с супругой не могли спать. В одной кровати дефформирован матрас. На просьбы его заменить: мне сказали что отремонтируют реечки на котором лежит. По факту спал как в гамаке. Особенно будет тяжело тем людям, которые спят на животе. 2. Кондиционеры очень старого типа. В одной комнате дуло прямо на кровати на которой я спал. Они просто расположены впритык, на высоте 20 см от пола. 3. Отсутствует питьевая вода для клиента, зубные щетки, шампунь. 3 ночи с четырёх, я очень долго не мог уснуть. И очень рано просыпался из-за неудобство.

+Výborná lokalita, bezchybné wifi připojení, skvěle fungující klimatizace, příjemným překvapením je výtah.Dobře vybavená kuchyň s kávovarem a kapslemi. Skvělá restaurace za rohem, zastávky autobusů taktéž. Obchody s potravinami do 5-ti minut pěšky.
