«Nice, clean, spacy hotel with friendly service»
+Very clean and spacy facilities, nice swimming pools and really nice beach (even though swimming shoes are recommended for those who swim due to possible stones), friendly service, warm welcome (nice decoration in the room, sweets, fruits, wine, extra toilet accessories etc), really good variaty of the food and drinks, as well as good quality alcohol. Comfortable beds. Despite the hotel was fully booked, there were enough space for everyone. Cheerful, but not intrusive animation team who was organizing really nice events for children and adults. Nice spa center, who provide good quality massages without trying to convince you that you are sick and need more sessions :) here and there a bit outdated, but it doesn't disturb and friendly service 'compensates' those details for 100% :)) thank you, Kaya Side team for the comfortable stay and nice memories:)

+Yemekler çok iyiydi özellikle her gün farklı mutfak kulrurlerıne aıt yemekler olması cok ıyıydı. Personeller cok ılgılı ve guleryuzluydu. Sahılı ve otelın içi çok temizdi
−Sahile yakın bir tuvalet olması daha iyi olabilirdi.

+What made our stay truly unforgettable was not only the beautiful hotel, but above all the people who work there. Their genuine kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to help made us feel truly special. For us, this trip was much more than just a vacation. We live in the United States and organized this special trip to spend precious time with our parents after years apart. The hotel became the perfect place to create beautiful memories together. A special thank you to Emrah, the manager, whose professionalism, hospitality, and personal attention made such a difference. He is a wonderful example of what exceptional hospitality should look like. He doesn’t simply manage a hotel , he creates an atmosphere where guests feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. We travel a lot and have experienced many hotels around the world, but genuine hospitality like this is something truly special. We will remember this stay not only for the beautiful surroundings and excellent service, but also for the emotions, happiness, and unforgettable moments we shared with our family. We would gladly return and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.

+We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The hotel was very clean and well maintained throughout, our room was spacious, the food was delicious and of excellent quality, and the staff everywhere were exceptionally friendly, polite and helpful. The beachfront location and lovely sandy beach made it even more special. A perfect place to relax, unwind and feel truly looked after! ❤️
−If I could suggest just two small improvements, they would be better Wi-Fi coverage throughout the hotel, including the rooms and beach, and a wider variety of international music during the evening entertainment. These are only minor suggestions, as we had a wonderful stay and would happily give the hotel top marks overall! 😊

+I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for three nights, and overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. The service was excellent, and everything was well organized. The food was also very good, with a nice variety and good quality. I would especially like to thank Mr. Emrah Kaya, Side Hotel Guest Relations Manager, for his outstanding support and hospitality. He was very helpful, attentive, and always willing to assist whenever needed. His professionalism and kindness made our stay even more pleasant. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay comfortable and memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

+İlk lobiye giriş yaptıgınız andan itibaren (Emrah beyin özellikle güler yüzü ve samimiyetiyle karşılaşıyorsunuz) çıkana kadar personelin ilgisi mükemmeldi. Kendinizi evinizde gibi hissediyorusnuz.. Lokasyon , hizmet kalitesi, yemekler, havuzların temizliği, Animasyon ekibi herşey kusursuz ve güzeldi.. Otel Tatil için istediğiniz tüm beklentileri karşılayan bir hizmet veriyor.. SPA bölümünde çalışan personel son derece güleç yüzlü ve işini çok iyi yapıyorlar. Animasyon ekibi harika. Restaurantlarda çıkan binbir çeşit yemekler kusursuz.. Biz Bahçe Teraslı odada kaldık.Odalar çok konforlu , güzel dekore edilmiş ve havuza bakan cephede. Özellkle yüksek tavanlı olması odayı ferah kılmış..Kesinlikle tavsiye edeceğim ve tekrar gideceğimiz bir otel KAYA SİDE..
