«Rigtig godt opholdene perfekt beliggenhed og dejlig pool. Super god morgenmad og venligt personale. Værelserne var desvæ»
+Beliggenhed, faciliteter, renlighed, personale.
−Værelserne var for fugtige og aircondition kunne ikke forbedre dette desværre. Vores tøj var vådt i tre dage selvom det hang til tørre på værelset.

−The pool was not available and we found out about that only when we arrived, I would have appreciated to now that before the arrival.

+Staff welcomed us with a drink which was nice. The room was huge and kept nice and clean, the bed was very comfy. The gym was great and the amount of sunbeds around the pool was also really good. It’s also a great location for going around phi phi
−The toilet sometimes gave off a sewage smell that wasn’t very pleasant to wake up to

«I don’t recommend»
+Unfortunately disappointed with the situation of stay in a resort in which they didn’t mentioned before the pool were on maintenance. We had the only vacation of the year to relax and we could enjoy the pool area that was included on the price we paid. We contacted they and nobody replied back.

«Great location, nice rooms but poor communication»
+Great location in the heart of the island with everything you need a short walk away including the beach almost on the door step
−We were disappointed to arrive to be told the pool was unavailable due to maintenance. We understood this is necessary but we were given no prior warning when booking or leading up to our stay. We were given a 20% discount on food at the hotel restaurant which was okay but we didn’t want to be limited to eating at one restaurant all stay. We were given no extra discount on our stay at all whilst having no pool in hot weather and accepting the noise of construction
